As an SDR at inulti, you will:
- Generate New Business Opportunities: Through outbound prospecting activities, including emailing and social selling, you'll engage potential clients and open doors to new business opportunities;
- Qualify Leads: Your keen communication skills and effective needs analysis will help you qualify leads and prospects, ensuring that our sales executives receive top-quality leads;
- Collaborate for Success: Working closely with our sales executives, you'll ensure a seamless handoff of qualified leads, fostering teamwork and efficiency;
- Stay Ahead of the Curve: Keeping informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities will be key to your success and our company's growth.
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Experience: Previous experience in sales, business development, or customer service is preferred. We value individuals who can bring a fresh perspective and new techniques to our team;
- Communication Skills: You'll be our voice to potential clients, and your ability to communicate effectively will be critical. Fluent English verbal and written communication is required;
- Teamwork and Independence: We're looking for someone who thrives both as part of a team and independently. Your initiative and ability to self-manage will be highly valued;
- Organizational Skills: Excellent time management and organizational skills are a must. The ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks efficiently will set you apart;
- Motivation: A motivated self-starter with a results-oriented mindset. We want someone passionate about sales and eager to contribute to our company's success.
