About the Role:

We’re looking for an IT Product Manager (IT PM) to oversee and manage the technical aspects of our product development within a fast-paced performance marketing environment. This role focuses on task prioritization, delegation, and ensuring seamless execution of projects. The IT PM will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure deliverables align with both technical and business objectives.

What You’ll Do:

• Technical Management: Oversee IT product development and maintenance, ensuring smooth implementation of technical solutions.
• Task Delegation: Collaborate with team members to estimate effort and delegate tasks effectively.
• Workflow Prioritization: Handle complex prioritization processes in a dynamic performance marketing setting.
• Collaboration: Partner with Product Owners, CRO teams, and other internal stakeholders to align IT deliverables with business goals.
• Execution: Lead technical project execution efficiently without overemphasis on creative aspects.
• Technical Guidance: Offer insights and support to the team, drawing on your IT expertise to optimize processes.

What You Bring:

• Experience: 3+ years in IT product management.
• Skills:
  • Solid understanding of IT product development and task prioritization.
  • Expertise in performance oriented workflow management and project estimation.
  • Proven ability to delegate and manage tasks within cross-functional teams.
• Mindset:
  • Process-oriented and highly organized.
  • Results-driven with a focus on execution and efficiency.
  • Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Languages: Fluent English.

Compensation:

4800 to 5400 EUR Gross (according to your competencies).
