About the Role:

We’re looking for a highly motivated Account Manager to join our Client Support team in a fast-paced performance marketing environment. In this role, you’ll be the key point of contact for assigned existing clients - buyers, proactively maintaining relationships, tracking performance metrics, and driving growth opportunities. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and execution of client-focused solutions.

What You’ll Do:

• Build and maintain active relationships with assigned clients to ensure their satisfaction and retention.
• Proactively reach out to buyers for direct feedback on call performance/quality (disposition reporting, performance reviews, etc.).
• Track and analyze key performance metrics (KPIs), conversion trends, and performance reports over time.
• Collaborate closely with the publishing team to ensure payout adjustments maintain margin goals.
• Share best practices and collaborate with teammates to achieve company goals.
  

What You Bring:

• Experience:
  • Proven experience in client account management or a similar role.
  • Exposure to performance marketing is a plus.
• Skills:
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data effectively.
  • Excellent attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a proactive mindset.

Salary:  2454 to 3140 EUR ( Depending on qualification and expertise)
