About the Role

What You’ll Do

• Own the frontend development lifecycle—from architecture decisions to deployment and optimization.
• Develop and maintain modern web applications.
• Collaborate closely with UX/UI designers, backend engineers, QA specialists, and stakeholders to ensure seamless execution.
• Drive innovation by exploring and integrating new technologies and approaches to improve user experience and performance.
• Ensure code quality, maintainability, and scalability through best practices, testing, and peer code reviews.
• Lead by example—mentor junior developers, share knowledge, and contribute to a strong engineering culture.

What You Bring

• 5+ years of frontend development experience.
• Strong understanding of UI/UX principles and a passion for building visually compelling and user-friendly interfaces.
• Experience with performance optimization and best practices for scalable, maintainable frontends.
• Problem-solving mindset—you take ownership, proactively identify challenges, and propose solutions.
• Excellent communication skills—able to collaborate, present ideas, and provide clear technical insights.
• Fluency in English
