What You Will Be Doing:

As Director of Sales, you will be at the forefront of inulti’s expansion efforts, focusing on acquiring new clients within the Health Insurance and Insurance Brokerages Sector. At inulti, we are looking for a Director of Sales to drive insurance agencies onboarding, retention, and revenue growth. This role is an opportunity to work closely with marketing, product, and sales teams to implement high-impact strategies that optimize the entire customer lifecycle

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to secure new clients within the targeted sectors. Lead negotiations and finalize deals to achieve quarterly and annual sales goals.

Client Acquisition (80%) and Sales Strategy (20%)

• Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in Health Insurance industries. Serve as the primary liaison between inulti and potential clients.
• Market Analysis: Conduct market analysis to identify emerging trends and opportunities within the Health Insurance sector. Use insights to refine sales strategies and offerings.
• Collaboration and Coordination: Work closely with inulti’s product, sales and operations teams to ensure that offerings meet the specific needs of prospective clients. Facilitate seamless integration of new clients into inulti’s service model.
• Performance Metrics: Monitor and report on sales performance metrics, adjusting strategies as needed to achieve business objectives.
