As we expand, we’re looking for a YouTube Advertising Specialist to take our video ad campaigns to the next level, working with Industry-leading budgets and the best creative resources available.

What You’ll Do:

• Manage and scale YouTube advertising campaigns with a focus on the U.S. market.
• Work hands-on with YouTube Ads, vertical formats, and performance-based campaigns.
• Optimize campaign performance, ensuring maximum ROI and efficiency.
• Analyze data-driven insights and adjust campaigns for scalability and profitability.
• Collaborate with internal designers, media buyers, and data teams to produce high-converting video ads.
• Take on team management responsibilities as the role evolves.

What You Bring:

• Proven experience managing YouTube ad campaigns with large budgets.
• Deep understanding of YouTube channels, ad placements, and performance marketing strategies.
• Strong analytical skills to optimize video performance and maximize conversions.
• Hands-on approach with the ability to work independently and scale campaigns effectively.
• Experience working in the U.S. digital advertising market is a must.
• Fluent English (mandatory).
