Role Overview
We are looking for a highly motivated and coachable Content Specialist to join our team.
In this role, you will create, optimize, and enhance digital content to drive user engagement and conversions.
The position will initially focus on content creation and optimization but will evolve to include Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) tasks, such as A/B testing, to maximize the impact of our digital assets.
Key Responsibilities
- Set up and configure landing pages using our site builder to ensure seamless functionality and alignment with brand goals.
- Optimize and enhance existing pages based on performance data, user feedback, and industry best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, design, and product) to align content with broader marketing objectives.
- Propose and implement new design elements to improve user experience and drive higher conversion rates.
- Conduct A/B testing to evaluate content performance and inform data-driven optimization strategies.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in digital content, UX, and CRO to continuously improve our digital presence.
- Contribute to the transition toward CRO-focused tasks, applying insights from content performance to enhance conversion strategies.
What We Expect

- Experience building websites or landing pages (Shopify or similar platforms).
- Practical experience with dropshipping models or e-commerce flows.
- An understanding of the digital sales journey – from running ads, driving clicks, guiding users to a website, and converting them into paying customers.
