Personal Assistant to the CEO
Full-time | Flexible hours | High-trust, high-responsibility role
We’re looking for a smart, discreet, humble, and highly reliable personal assistant to support the founder & CEO of a fast-growing international business. This is a full-time, Vilnius-based position that blends executive support with lifestyle management.
Your job is to make life smoother and more efficient — both professionally and personally — for someone leading multiple companies across Europe and the U.S.
What You’ll Do
This role is intentionally broad — it changes week to week based on what’s needed. You’ll be involved in a variety of tasks that range from high-level coordination to small but important errands. The ability to handle both with equal care and without ego is essential.
You won’t just react to tasks. You’ll think ahead. Spot what’s broken before it breaks. Solve what’s coming before it lands on the CEO’s desk.
Some examples of what might be involved:
- Coordinating calendars, meetings, and complex travel plans
- Booking flights, hotels, restaurants, and experiences
- Supporting day-to-day life across multiple homes and offices
- Running errands, sourcing specific products or services
- Communicating with vendors, agencies, and partners
- Picking up or delivering items as needed
- Anticipating upcoming needs or issues — and handling them proactively
What We’re Looking For
- Humble, trustworthy, and self-managing
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Comfortable balancing both strategic and small tasks
- Clear communicator (English & Lithuanian fluency required)
- Exceptionally proactive — you take initiative and stay two steps ahead
- Able to spot friction before it happens — and remove it quietly
- Valid driver’s license
- Flexible working hours — some weeks will be lighter, others busier
Work Style
While based in our Vilnius office, you’ll be on the move frequently — running errands, coordinating tasks, and handling what needs to get done.
You’ll work closest with the CEO, but also liaise with internal staff and external contacts.
Requires a high degree of discretion, availability, and independent thinking.
This is not a rigid 9–5 job — flexibility is key.
To Apply
Send a short note (or video intro) with:
- Who you are
- Why this role fits you
- One example of how you’ve made someone else’s life easier
This is a hands-on role for someone grounded, capable, and quietly excellent.
If you see the problem before others even notice it — and fix it without being asked — we’d love to meet you.
