About the Role
As a financial operations specialist, you will handle primary accounting tasks and help our finance team grow. You will contribute to building and improving our internal processes, so your ideas will make a difference.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Managing primary accounting: purchase and sales entries, issuing sales invoices, and reconciling bank transactions.
• Gathering and preparing information for audits and supporting auditors.
• Handling standard invoices and related documents.
• Assisting with the preparation of financial statements and reports.
• Collaborating with other members of the accounting team to ensure accurate and timely reporting
• Helping to create and refine accounting processes when there’s no existing handbook.

What We’re Looking For

• 1+ year of accounting or audit experience.
• Thoroughness and attention to details.
• Ability to plan your own work and handle dynamic situations.
• Willingness to ask questions and clarify when information is missing.
• Desire to grow with the team and take on more responsibility.

Requirements:

• Degree or diploma in finance, accounting or a related field.
• Hands-on experience with primary accounting documents (purchase/sales invoices, bank reconciliations).
• Fluent command of English and Lithuanian.

Bonus Points For:

• Experience in a startup environment or eagerness to build processes from scratch.
• Ability to design and document processes when no guide exists.
• Familiarity with ERP or accounting software.
