Role Overview

We’re looking for a QA Automation Engineer who will build reliable, scalable test automation for our web products and internal tools. You’ll own test strategy, increase coverage across UI/API layers, and keep releases fast and safe. Hands-on, pragmatic, and data-driven.

What You’ll Do

  • Design and maintain automated test frameworks (preferably Playwright or Cypress; Selenium/WebDriver acceptable).
  • Build stable UI, API, and integration tests for web apps, landing pages, and internal systems.
  • Own test data strategy, environments, and reporting (e.g., Allure).
  • Add API tests for REST/GraphQL (Postman/Insomnia/Newman or code-based).
  • Partner with Engineering, Design, and Marketing to “shift left” and prevent defects early.
  • Track quality metrics (coverage, flakiness, lead time, escape rate) and act on them.
  • Contribute lightweight manual checks when needed to unblock releases.

What You Bring

  • 4+ years in QA with a strong focus on test automation.
  • Solid coding skills in TypeScript/JavaScript.
  • Experience with Playwright or Cypress.
  • CI/CD experience and version control (Git).
  • Clear, concise communication. Ownership mindset.
  • Nice to have: Docker, Pact/contract testing, performance testing (k6), accessibility checks, visual regression.

  • Mostly On-site (4+1 model after probation period)
  • Small, product dedicated team. Fast feedback loops.
