We’re looking for an AI and Data Pipeline Engineer to strengthen our data engineering function. Our data team builds the backbone that powers real decisions, real budgets, and real growth for some of the biggest insurance brands in the world. What You’ll Do:

• Act as the connector between data, AI, product, and engineering
• Keep production stable: monitoring, alerting, resolving issues quickly
• Lead the migration of all workflows and schedulers to Apache Airflow
• Build and maintain internal API integrations and automation tools
• Work closely with the AI team to support model outputs and data flows
• Support backend teams with data for internal services
• Improve data quality, reliability, and performance across the stack

We’re Looking for Someone Who:

• Has practical database experience: schema design, queries, backups, deployments
• Is confident in Python for data engineering (pandas, asyncio, packaging, testing)
• Has real experience running ETL/ELT pipelines in production
• Is hands-on with cloud infrastructure (AWS strongly preferred)
• Can deploy, monitor, and debug jobs independently
• Communicates clearly, owns their work, and acts proactively
• Is fluent in English, both spoken and written

Nice to Have:

• Experience with Apache Airflow
• Knowledge of AI/ML workflows (data prep, embeddings, feature stores)
• Docker + Kubernetes basics
• DevOps mindset (IaC, CI/CD for pipelines)
