About the Role

Our collaborative team of digital marketers, media buyers, engineers, designers, and analysts pushes the limits of online advertising to deliver impactful, results-driven campaigns.

We're seeking a mid-level video editor to support our growing demand for high-volume Meta (Facebook/Instagram) video content. This role is ideal for an editor with solid experience who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys clear guidance, and is eager to level up their skills with team support.

What You'll Do

• Edit engaging short-form UGC video ads optimized for Meta platforms.

• Work with pre-existing assets and straightforward templates—no need for intricate original builds.

• Collaborate closely with Media Buyers and Designers, following detailed creative briefs.

• Handle quick iterations, such as adding subtitles, updating logos, adjusting timing, and basic enhancements.

• Export and optimize video files for seamless upload and A/B testing.

• Actively participate in the workflow, ask questions, provide feedback, and contribute to process improvements.

What You Bring

• Solid hands-on experience with Adobe Premiere Pro (primary tool).

• Familiarity with CapCut or similar mobile/quick-edit tools is a plus.

• Willingness and ability to learn After Effects on the job with guidance.

• Strong attention to detail, ability to incorporate feedback quickly, meet tight deadlines, and stay organized.

• A proactive, curious mindset—responsible, eager to grow, and committed to delivering quality work.
