About the Role

We are looking for an ambitious Junior AI Engineer to join our team and help design efficient AI systems that power real-world Voice AI applications.

This is an amazing chance for someone starting out in their career to get hands-on experience with machine learning, data processing, and production deployment in a fast-paced, innovative environment.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Conduct exploratory data analysis (EDA)

• Prepare, analyze, and work with voice and textual data to extract actionable insights

• Extensively use modern AI development tools to enable rapid, efficient development

• Train, optimize, and evaluate machine learning models using training, validation, and test datasets

• Experiment with and apply state-of-the-art machine learning techniques to improve model performance

• Contribute to the development of production Voice AI systems used by tens of thousands of users

• Learn and use AWS infrastructure and automated deployment pipelines (e.g., AWS CDK) to reduce time-to-production

• Support strategies for model deployment, monitoring, maintenance, and updates

• Communicate progress, results, and technical findings to cross-functional teams and stakeholders

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).

• Strong programming skills in Python.

• Basic knowledge of machine learning fundamentals (supervised and unsupervised learning).

• Familiarity with deep learning frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow.

• Experience with data preprocessing and basic feature engineering.

• Understanding of model evaluation techniques (train/validation/test splits, common metrics like accuracy, precision, recall, F1, etc.).

• Basic proficiency in SQL and data handling.

• Familiarity with Git and collaborative development workflows.

• Awareness of deploying models via APIs or scripts.

• General understanding of statistics.

• Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members.

Bonus Points For

• Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).

• Coursework, personal projects, or experience involving Natural Language Processing (NLP) or Large Language Models (LLMs).

• Internship experience, academic projects, or small-scale production model deployments.
