It doesn't matter if you're mid-level or senior, in talent acquisition or a recruiter, or a headhunter-title won't matter as you’ll have one goal: bring the specialists on board. In other words, YOU will be THE FIXER, "fixing" the need.

How You’ll Work
Mostly on-site (4+1 model after probation)
What You'll Do
Own the full recruitment lifecycle - from job ad to signed agreement
Build and nurture strong candidate pipelines for current and future needs
Partner closely with hiring managers as a strategic advisor
Ensure an exceptional candidate experience at every stage
Track and analyze recruitment metrics to improve performance
Support onboarding to ensure new hires feel confident from day one
