How You’ll Work

• Mostly on-site (4+1 model after probation)

What You'll Do

• Own the full recruitment lifecycle - from job ad to signed agreement

• Build and nurture strong candidate pipelines for current and future needs

• Partner closely with hiring managers as a strategic advisor

• Ensure an exceptional candidate experience at every stage

• Track and analyze recruitment metrics to improve performance

• Support onboarding to ensure new hires feel confident from day one
