What You’ll Be Doing:

• Writing performance-driven video ad scripts, hooks, and messaging

• Creating copy that directly impacts conversion performance

• Collaborating closely with creative, media buying, and marketing teams

• Iterating fast, testing angles, improving messaging, and scaling what works

• Using AI tools to improve workflow, research, and execution speed

• Analyzing competitors, their winning ad concepts, angles, hooks, and messaging patterns

What We’re Looking For:

• 2+ years of experience in copywriting, performance creative, or performance marketing

• Strong understanding of direct-response / conversion-focused marketing

• Experience writing for video ads and paid social campaigns

• Ability to work independently and think beyond AI-generated outputs

• Strong communication in Lithuanian and English

• A fast-moving, execution-driven mindset

Bonus Points If You:

• Have worked with international markets
