We're looking for a Mid-Senior Accountant to join our growing Finance team and support US financial operations.

About the role

You'll manage full-cycle accounting processes for international businesses, with a strong focus on the US market. Working closely with the CFO and Finance team, you'll help build scalable financial processes, improve efficiency through automation, and contribute to strategic business decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full accounting cycle, from journal entries to financial reporting.

• Oversee General Ledger (GL) processes and validate financial data.

• Analyze financial information and ensure compliance with US GAAP and regulatory requirements.

• Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize financial operations.

• Support reporting, audits, and strategic finance initiatives.

What we're looking for

• Hands-on experience managing full-cycle accounting.

• Strong understanding of payroll, GL processes, and accounting principles.

• Fluent English communication skills.

• Ability to take ownership and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

• Experience using AI tools to improve productivity, automate routine work, analyze data, and optimize financial processes.

• Growth mindset and passion for continuous improvement.

Nice to have

• Experience working with US-based companies.
