Role Overview
We're looking for a highly motivated Account Manager to join our Client Support team, focused on onboarding and supporting partner agencies that use our call delivery platform. In this role, you'll be the key point of contact for new agency partners - guiding them through our platform, explaining how our agent runner and call routing infrastructure works, and ensuring they get the most out of our solution.
You'll work closely with agencies that offer their own integrations to end clients, while we provide the underlying call delivery platform - managing inbound and outbound calls through our call runner, powered by our agent runner. Your job is to make that partnership seamless.
What You'll Do
Onboard new agency clients - guide them through our platform from day one, ensuring they understand how calls are managed and delivered through our call runner and agent runner infrastructure.
Explain and support the agent runner - help agency partners understand how our call routing and agent execution layer works so they can confidently sell and deliver the platform to their own clients.
Act as the primary support contact for agency partners, providing guidance, troubleshooting, and best practices on an ongoing basis.
Prioritize incoming tasks and requests - manage a dynamic workload, triaging and resolving partner needs efficiently.
Track and analyze key performance metrics (KPIs), call performance, conversion trends, and disposition reports.
Collaborate with internal teams (publishing, tech, operations) to resolve issues and relay agency feedback.
Share platform knowledge and collaborate with teammates to improve onboarding processes and documentation.
What You Bring
Experience:
Proven experience in account management, client success, or a similar partner-facing role.
Exposure to performance marketing, call tracking, or SaaS/platform environments is a strong plus.
Skills:
Fluent in English (spoken and written).
Ability to understand and explain technical platform concepts (e.g., call routing, agent runners) in clear, accessible terms.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data effectively.
Excellent attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a proactive mindset.
