We’re looking for a Performance Media Buyer to join our team and work with growing e-commerce products where testing, creative thinking, and performance go hand in hand.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Managing and optimizing Meta Ads campaigns for e-commerce products

• Developing and testing new audiences, creative angles, offers, and messaging

• Collaborating with designers on creative briefs, image and video ad concepts

• Analyzing campaign and creative performance to identify what drives results and what should be scaled

• Looking beyond campaign metrics to spot opportunities across the wider funnel and improve overall performance

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years of hands-on Media Buying / Performance Marketing experience

• At least 1 year of e-commerce / DTC experience

• Strong hands-on experience with Meta Ads, including managing and optimizing meaningful advertising budgets

• Experience working with or contributing to the growth and scaling of e-commerce products or campaigns

• Strong understanding of how creative, campaign performance, conversion, and business results connect

• Experience creating creative briefs, image or video ad scripts

• Strong communication skills in Lithuanian and English
