We’re looking for a Retention Manager to join our team and play a key role in strengthening retention at INULTI.
What You’ll Be Doing
Building and improving email flows, automations, and retention journeys
Creating and testing email content, messaging, and retention logic
Identifying opportunities to improve engagement, retention, and reactivation
Working closely with product and operations teams on customer retention and re-engagement
Using AI tools to support day-to-day retention work and improve efficiency
What We’re Looking For
At least 6 months of hands-on retention or email marketing experience
Hands-on experience using an email marketing tool to build campaigns, flows, or automations
Experience creating email content and messaging
Comfortable using AI tools to work faster and improve output
Strong written and spoken English for working with the US market
A proactive mindset - you look for solutions, spot opportunities, and don’t wait for detailed instructions
Bonus Points If You:
Bring experience from e-commerce, subscription, or other consumer-focused products
Have worked across SMS or other retention channels beyond email
Are comfortable with more complex customer journeys, events, data, or integrations
Have worked with the US or other international markets
Have explored AI calls, messaging, or other emerging retention formats
